Amanda & Sean's beautiful wedding was a Joshua Tree elopement. I've rock climbed a handful of times in Joshua tree, so I feel a special connection what makes the destination special - the unbelievable sunsets, sharp granite playgounds, the enormous Joshua trees and abundant cholla cacti. As soon as they sent me their vision for flowers, I was inspired and excited to work on their designs. Amanda was hoping for a lush bouquet full of rich, fall colors and accents. This gave me the chance to use one of my fall favorites; orange ranunculus. These, paired with the deep dark purples like the purple anemone flowers I found made for a truly striking color palette! Knowing that Amanda planned to keep some mementos from their small wedding, I also included a few textural succulents that they could propagate and keep.
