This sweet couple reached out for flowers for their small, intimate wedding. Except, they wanted no flowers - just greens! I'd been wanting to do a design like this for a long time, so I was thrilled. I find the simplicity of foliage to be incredibly inspiring by itself. The movement, personality, detail, and color palette just feels calming and grounding to me. Where else are humans more at home than surrounded by nature's green leaves?
Brodie & Jaiden were incredibly laid back - they shared their inspiration photos with me and let me run with my vision. For the ceremony, I designed 1 bridal bouquet, and 4 "minis" for their sweet mini bridesmaids. I also made petite flower crowns (foliage-crowns?) and boutonnieres.
For the reception at The Henry, we created the effect of an incredibly lush, greenery table runner by placing large, playful, all-green centerpieces down the centers of each long table. The sweetheart table was overflowing with a greenery centerpiece.
